I mainly communicate via email and our shared Trello project management board to gather information for projects. This means I’m more productive with my time and I find it’s also more cost-effective for both myself and my clients. Throughout the project we will schedule calls as needed. However, the bulk of communication will be via email. Is this something you’re comfortable with?
